Got what I was after on agreed value where as others would not. Easy to apply but real "proof of the pudding" as they say will be down the line IF, the need ever arises to claim.
Vehicle insurance sign up was pleasant and easy over phone, couldn't be done online for my particular situation.

pricing was good, flexible. very dissapointed they wouldn't offer me home and contents insurance,
excellent pricing on car insurance, however they weren't interested in offering me home and contents insurance. dissapointed to find that out immediately after paying up front for car insurance.
