helped me to select the right insurance for my car. Initially I purchased third party insurance but then the customer agent Mandy explain me the potential benefit of comprehensive insurance and I was convinced and she cancelled third party one and I purchased comprehensive instantly.

Need to cancel the existing policy from pay as you drive to a standard insurance and do it OL someone rang about the OL and processed it. Better experience with the local centre but the process did take a long time
Call to the call centre on Monday was frustrating as asked if someone within Australia could call us back and he said someone would call us but waited and never happened.
