Originally great but policy was cancelled
After years of being a loyal customer I found Real had cancelled my house and contents policy. I had given permission to double charge if my account had insufficient funds. I'm sure I was notified by email, after switching to email, I just do better with a call or hard copy post for important issues like cancelling my policy. Now Real won't re-insure me....but will happily insure my second property.....

I called Real Insurance to arrange for contents insurance and the staff member I spoke with, Amanda, was incredibly helpful; she was extremely patient, answered all my questions, saved me a lot of time if I had to conduct my own research, provided me with more coverage than expected, and made the entire process easy and relatable. Real are unquestionably a reputable organisation, and I now have piece of mind knowing that my things are protected. They come highly recommended.

Dry happy with servupice and the pricing
Informative and great customer service. Advised of all discounts when I join up my policies and understanding our predicament while in lock down NSW and having a new home in Qld. Discussed all options on house being unoccupied for some of this time and a daughter being in our home for some of this delay. Very helpful information in regard to our home insurance.
