Reasonable Prices on Content Insurance
I was looking for an insurance that includes fixtures and fittings (kitchen, bathroom fixtures, built in wardrobes, flooring) as a I'm in a strata complex and I own these and most insurance companies do not cover you for these items. The 1st guy who called me had no idea put me on hold to put me through to the PDF department and the line dropped out. I rang back The second guy was really good, knew where to look and was hands down an exceptional customer service representative. 4 stars are for him. (As it worked out in the PDF My fixture will be insured) - 1 star for the original guy who called me.
