The guy was helpful and realised i wasnt successful for the first cover i applied for but straight away offered me another cover which i was satisfied with.Goes to show he was well trained and Real insurance has a cover for everybody 👍

The guy I spoke to was lovely & very helpful. However he failed to call back as requested that night to complete my partners quote & questions. Most annoying was the excessive calls the following day while I was working - not one message left either.
