I had dealt with Real for my father in-law before and found them to be okay. My good experience was really down to the friendly service from Yagmur, if Real remains half as good as she was it will be twice as good as any of the others!

Service was good, although at the end if the call I asked about the $100 gift card and was told I was ineligible to receive because my premium was under $20 per fortnight. On your page is very miss leading with no t&c's under explaining this. You can not lure new customers in with this and then not offer it!

For a start had someone who understood and spoke Australian. Very pleasant in explaining the product. The down side is the misleading info re the wait period. It says 30 days and 90 days, it should say 60 days and 120 days as this is the actual wait period before you receive any benefit.
