The sales person on the phone pushed too hard to get my payment details. I need to discuss things with my partner after gathering all the information, practically forcing me to add rehabilitation insurance is disgusting. I was 99% going to sign up until the hard sell. Give people time to think about their decision to sign up. I sent an enquiry, I’m interested..the hard sell and 8 phone calls after the first (I was in meetings all day and could not answer) is just desperate. I am now 99% sure I will not go with real insurance, and will be sure to tell my partner who is already paying premiums to you to look else where. Loose the hard sell guys. It’s too much. Also your email states that I have signed up. I deffinately have not!

The gentleman that rang me back after I placed an enquiring on line was extremely helpful, explained the policy in detail along with the fees. Overall he just made it a very easy process
