For a start had someone who understood and spoke Australian. Very pleasant in explaining the product. The down side is the misleading info re the wait period. It says 30 days and 90 days, it should say 60 days and 120 days as this is the actual wait period before you receive any benefit.

Customer service was like a semi-trained robot. It surely must be hard to be selling insurance in today's economic climate. I knew what i wanted but it took sooo long to get a policy that i asked for - i can offer you this, what about that etc etc ? Had to ask many times to get to the amount that i can afford.
