He was very patient with me, answered all my questions, called me back at the time I requested and went out of his way with extra phone calls to make sure my husband was involved and informed too. The young man was very efficient. When I got a little confused he would explain in a different way. No one wants to be on the phone half of the day and he kept reassuring me that it wouldn’t take long to process my application. A well trained and valued team member I’m sure.
