After getting n on line quite I recueved a call from a young woman with a couple if hours who was incredible friendly, informative and really listened to my questions . I had been shopping around and still was unsure of the insurance provider I would be going through for my dogs until our conversation where I felt important so after making a choic in the cover I'd be taking I signed up for Real Pet insurance and feel happy about my decision.

So far everything has been great. Easy to set up over the phone and money has been deducted with no issues.
Young man named Paul helped me with pet insurance. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, helped me with all my questions and concerns.
