I haven't made a claim yet nor has Issabella been really sick so I won't know untill that time arises.I hope it never does having lost one cat just recently loosing another is unthinkable.
The service was good but fairly pushy which is what I have come to expect from Real.I will make up my mind over the next week as to whether I want to have pet insurance or not.

Excellent cover as my dog is approaching 9 years old and some other companies will not provide cover or have limitations.
