I just find that being a pensioner on disability Pet Insurance is rather expensive and would not or just could not afford it if I had a family. Only that I live alone with my dog Shiloh is why I am insuring her because of the area I live n as well. eg: my daughter has a dog and children so dog insurance is simply out of her reach financially. It was well explained, I felt I had made an informed decision based on the sales persons knowledge
I found the gentleman persistent (which is his job) professional and friendly. I didn’t catch his name, However he was sweet and was quick to build a rapport with me over the phone.

I have just received my paper work though e-mail and I am very pleased I have chosen Real Insurance for my puppy.

Have not yet received the paperwork in the mail, so until then cannot really say I know the full ins and outs of the Premium Pet Insurance that I have purchased. On the phone the operator was not overtly knowledgeable about the product she was selling me, but always sought advice from her supervisor.
Pleasant person on the phone, did not know much about the product, but always asked her supervisor to ensure she told me the correct information in response to my questions.
