My only critism was there was a lot of information to take in over the phone and customers need time to digest everything so it was a relief to see the hard copy which came by email.

Did not continue with the process
I was disappointed how I was re asked questions after I volunteered information about a surgery that had not been indicated in any of the questions I was given but I felt it best to disclose. I was Offended by the approach which made me feel like the member thought I was of less intelligence because she emphasised "do you understand?"
