The excellent amount of cover you provide for the price.
The lady I spoke to was so amazing and made sure I understood everything about my policy. She is a great asset to your call centre and I would love to deal with her again if I ever have to make contact and I would love to be able to talk to her again one day to say thank you again.

It appears that no pet insurance includes dental. I think that it would be good to offer some rebate on scale and clean every couple of years in order to keep pets healthy.
