I haven't made a claim yet nor has Issabella been really sick so I won't know untill that time arises.I hope it never does having lost one cat just recently loosing another is unthinkable.
The service was good but fairly pushy which is what I have come to expect from Real.I will make up my mind over the next week as to whether I want to have pet insurance or not.

Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt he listened to my questions and gave thorough thoughtful answers. I felt that Matthew anticipated my needs and offered a range of options. I am very happy with the service Matthew offered. A big thankyou to you Matthew.
