Product I chose for Oliver was ideal to suit his needs as a very young cat with years of life ahead of him.
Very helpful & professional service..excellent product knowledge ...Jamie is a very upbeat happy agent very willing to make sure I had the right product to cover my feline buddy Oliver's insurance needs.

Little bit more expensive than other place but a $0 excess and was won over by the sales lady and her helpfulness
The lady I spoke to was lovely and knowledgeable. It was nice to speak to someone that spoke 'english' but most of all knew her product and was able to answer all of my questions.

They were very clear with the options I had for my pet insurance, I didn't feel pressured or hassled to choose one option or the other. They took into account the absolute best option for me and gave advice based off of that. I'm very happy with my choice to go with Real Insurance

I think we will be happy with the policy but am yet to use it. We have 4 other policies with Real pet insurance and have been fine with them
After receiving the policy and reading through it I had to ring back to change a few details. Meeka is a female Not male and I am Ms Not Miss. I did have to correct the person on the phone with a few things.
