Features & benefits, PDS statement is very easy to read & understand, just a slight mistake in our cats certificate of insurance, where you've listed his name as Prter, but his name is Porter. I've emailed real@petsure to let them know, & to see if I could be issued a new certificate of insurance.
I've also got income protection insurance from Real insurance, & your premiums each year, if they have to rise, are always very reasonable. The lady i spoke to this time for Pet insurance was great, very friendly & knowledgeable, & spoke to me in lay-mans terms about this insurance, which made it easy for me to understand.

I think we will be happy with the policy but am yet to use it. We have 4 other policies with Real pet insurance and have been fine with them
After receiving the policy and reading through it I had to ring back to change a few details. Meeka is a female Not male and I am Ms Not Miss. I did have to correct the person on the phone with a few things.

I have been a client of Real for about 7 yrs & have always had good sevice . But the claim process could be easier ie card system with the vet service at time of consultation for certain uncomlication claims .
The service was very helpful . The consultant was excellent and very helpful .
