The lady was extremely nice and not pushy at all and went through the policy thoroughly but quickly as I was in a rush so I appreciated that she didn't drag on each question.

Have not yet received the paperwork in the mail, so until then cannot really say I know the full ins and outs of the Premium Pet Insurance that I have purchased. On the phone the operator was not overtly knowledgeable about the product she was selling me, but always sought advice from her supervisor.
Pleasant person on the phone, did not know much about the product, but always asked her supervisor to ensure she told me the correct information in response to my questions.
