The lady I spoke to today (sorry I don't remember her name) was amazing. She was patient while answering all of my questions. She made sure that I completely understood what I was signing up for. Based on that ladies customer service I will take out more insurance with Real Insurance and refer my friends and family.

I have been a client of Real for about 7 yrs & have always had good sevice . But the claim process could be easier ie card system with the vet service at time of consultation for certain uncomlication claims .
The service was very helpful . The consultant was excellent and very helpful .
