I just find that being a pensioner on disability Pet Insurance is rather expensive and would not or just could not afford it if I had a family. Only that I live alone with my dog Shiloh is why I am insuring her because of the area I live n as well. eg: my daughter has a dog and children so dog insurance is simply out of her reach financially. The lady I spoke to was so amazing and made sure I understood everything about my policy. She is a great asset to your call centre and I would love to deal with her again if I ever have to make contact and I would love to be able to talk to her again one day to say thank you again.
