I haven't made a claim yet nor has Issabella been really sick so I won't know untill that time arises.I hope it never does having lost one cat just recently loosing another is unthinkable.
The service was good but fairly pushy which is what I have come to expect from Real.I will make up my mind over the next week as to whether I want to have pet insurance or not.

After getting n on line quite I recueved a call from a young woman with a couple if hours who was incredible friendly, informative and really listened to my questions . I had been shopping around and still was unsure of the insurance provider I would be going through for my dogs until our conversation where I felt important so after making a choic in the cover I'd be taking I signed up for Real Pet insurance and feel happy about my decision.

Features & benefits, PDS statement is very easy to read & understand, just a slight mistake in our cats certificate of insurance, where you've listed his name as Prter, but his name is Porter. I've emailed real@petsure to let them know, & to see if I could be issued a new certificate of insurance.
I've also got income protection insurance from Real insurance, & your premiums each year, if they have to rise, are always very reasonable. The lady i spoke to this time for Pet insurance was great, very friendly & knowledgeable, & spoke to me in lay-mans terms about this insurance, which made it easy for me to understand.
